"Quick action on recall item"

The day we received the official airbag recall/replace notice from Honda, we called Tom Urbina. He got us in the next day for a service appointment and we asked for an oil change as well. As usual, when we arrived, Tom promptly met us, had all the details for us to review, and had applicable discount coupons ready for us. We were in and out very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Tom and service team!

I did not have an appt and I came in on a busy Holiday Monday. Tom got me in right away, and offered me a ride home. I was surprised when he called me very quickly to pick up the car, it was ready! Super good service

"Above and beyond what is expected, ALWAYS."

I only go to this dealership because they have never steered me wrong on any choices I have ever needed to make with my car. They have also always used any and every coupon that they have to get me the best deal possible— and being a starving college student this is extremely important to me! I wouldn’t go to any other mechanic/dealer to have my car needs met! Not only do they provide excellent value but they always provide service with a smile even when they are very busy. They have never turned me down when I needed help with my car (which is often) and can often get me into the shop within two days or less. I genuinely can’t thank Arrowhead Honda for their great service, especially Tom Urbina for always being so kind and generous and explaining what is going on with my car (seeing as how I’m rather car illiterate) thank you guys for helping me understand my car more and more every time I go in!
