Brought my car for repares after all the lights on the dashboard came on. It was told and I saw on reviews this happens often. Felt good about that then. Then after paying 2k, the vehicle's emissions orange light came on again. Brought in at between 12 & 1 with a confirmation time. We called later that day and still didn't look at. They were busy. Called again and they were gone for the day. This was a return for service work. So you think this would be a priority after paying for the fix about a week or so ago. I feel as a business person they should contact me before the leave for any update. I have plans tomorrow so this doesn't help. I really shouldn't be charged for the rental car we received from them for more than a day either. I'm assuming I won't, but who knows. When they returned my car in the first place, why didn't they share that they weren't sure they found and fixed it. Seriously? That wasn't nice. So now the vehicles back in their shop with obviously not a rush job. Then again I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt, and shame on me if I'm wrong. I'm really hoping that at least they find the problem, talk to others and also to their manager instead of charging us and still not knowing if it's the correct fix. I'm really saddened this happen and I really hope they make it right. I'll get back to the reviews either way. Please pray too. I can't afford to throw money out there as well as no body does at these times. More
I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate. More

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership, especially thanks to Grant, the service advisor. I had been dealing with a frustrating light issue in my vehicle for weeks. I had taken it to other dealerships, and unfortunately, they all gave me the runaround — quoting expensive diagnostics and suggesting unnecessary repairs that felt more like money grabs than real help. Then I came here and met Grant. From the moment I spoke with him, I could tell he genuinely cared about solving the problem, not just making a sale. He took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and went above and beyond to get to the root of the issue — without trying to upsell or pressure me. He was transparent, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. In a world where good service can be hard to come by, Grant stands out as a true professional who puts the customer first. He always fits me into the schedule even when I call at the last minute or late in the day. He explains any service issues and provides me with options. I always know I am getting the straight story from an honest individual who is looking out for my best interest. I have never felt that way about another car dealership. I feel confident when I leave there my car is safe and any and all issues have been addressed. I am equally pleased with Arrowhead Honda. Their facility is immaculate and extremely comfortable. There is ample waiting room filled with lots of amenities. Not only are there seating areas, but tables that have outlets and make doing whatever you need to do easy so that you can make constructive use of any wait time if you decide to wait. They do provide a shuttle service if you desire. Raquel always ensures with follow up that your service experience was met with excellence. It is evident that customer service is the top priority at Arrowhead Honda. They are honest and ethical and a testament to what I expect from a car dealership and they always exceed my expectations. I waited for 2 hours, so I asked how it was going. Divac said he was just waiting for my key. Another hour passed, and there was still no update. Everyone else in the waiting area had gone home! So, I went to their shop to look, but my car was nowhere to be found. I walked to the back and saw my car sitting there untouched! The tech said he was now going to take it in. I told him not to touch it, and I would just go home. They wasted 3 hours of my (family’s) time! A bunch of incompetent people! They deserve zero stars and a middle finger! More

I have been using Arrowhead Honda for Service on my 2006 Honda Accord for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I wouldn't use any other service advisor other than Robert Quintana. From day one, he has demonstrated, professionalism, integrity, patience with listening to my repair issues and and educating me on the what and why of my repairs. During the recent software hack incident, my car had been repaired and Robert worked with me so I could retrieve my car in a timely manner in spite of the profound complications caused by the event.
