Walked us into the showroom, provided us with coffee and rolls, advised he would return once our vehicle was completed. Asked us if we would like our car washed, which we did. He was very helpful in asking questions and answering any questions that we had about our vehicle. He also introduced us to Eric Galliani who we may be talking with regarding our 4th Honda. Honda is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee who truly cares about his customers, hang on to him. We have always been treated well at Honda, may be why we have purchased 3 SUVs within 10 years. Seth also took care of our bill for our oil change, again, going above and beyond what was necessary.
