Outstanding I called Tom Urbina at about 9:30 AM and asked him if I could come in and get a oil change for my Honda Pilot. B17 maintenance time & 1 other issue I had an appt at 7 am, and Mike was right on time to greet me. I went into their brand new showroom. It took approx 2 hrs because they were tracking down a short with the Blind Spot Info Sys; the problem being a short in the driver's side mirror - one not on hand, but ordered and should be avail in 3-5 days.
