The whole transaction was handled over the phone and they delivered my vehicle to me the next day via enclosed delivery. Most of the transaction was done over the phone. Jonathan gave me a great trade in price. The price of the Q5 was already the best I had found on the internet. The hardest part was getting me a loan approval. I don't how, but they got me an APR that was HALF was I was offered at just about every other place on the east coast. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan went above and beyond. I can go on and on so I'll just end by saying, I'll be driving 4 hours for every future Audi to see Jonathan. More
