The service manager, Mike Conley, was exceptional and successfully resolved the issue with my vehicle. However, I found the conduct of the sales manager and service advisor to be unprofessional and lacki successfully resolved the issue with my vehicle. We brought our vehicle in for service due to a recall, and we were informed it would take approximately half a day. This was communicated to us at 9:00 AM. By 3:00 PM, the service advisor, Paige, contacted me to inform me that the repair process had encountered complications, and my vehicle was not currently operational. She explained that the vehicle would need to sit for 24 hours before they could reevaluate the situation. Unfortunately, since it was a Friday afternoon and the dealership closed at 5:00 PM, they were unable to complete the repair that day. When I visited the dealership for further information, I was told that because I did not purchase the vehicle from their location, I was ineligible for a loaner car. I was spoken to dismissively and made to feel unwelcome due to this. At that point, the sales manager, Cody, approached and suggested that if I wanted a lower monthly payment, I should have purchased the vehicle from them. I found this exchange to be disrespectful and unprofessional. My family owns four Jeeps, all of which have been serviced at this location over the years. While we have purchased only one vehicle from them, it has always been due to availability, and I believe that should not justify rudeness or a lack of assistance. I was then informed again that, since I did not purchase the vehicle from their dealership, a loaner would not be available, and I was advised to wait until Monday for possible solutions. I believe the dealership staff should be reevaluated regarding their professionalism. The behavior I experienced during this interaction was concerning, especially from a business that is supposed to prioritize customer support. Although they initially refused to contact the service manager on my behalf, another employee eventually brought Mike Conley over, who clearly explained the issue. Within 30 minutes, he had my vehicle repaired and operational. Overall, I am disappointed with the level of service provided. The experience has left me hesitant to return with my vehicles in the future. More

They are inattentive to the customer after you buy the vehicle. This is the second and last car I will buy from them.
