Great "After Purchase" experience I recently purchased a 2011 Pilot, certified pre-owned. It was obvious when I first made an offer that the vehicle had just been received by the deal I recently purchased a 2011 Pilot, certified pre-owned. It was obvious when I first made an offer that the vehicle had just been received by the dealer. It had not even been detailed yet. Well in one day they cleaned it up and I was able to take it home the next day. After a few days I noticed a problem that I thought was significant for a certified car. It turned out that the issue was significant, and required quite a bit of labor to get resolved. The dealer was able to take the car back and fully resolve the issue very quickly and without any hassle. It has been a very good experience to know that they are there to support me and not just make a sale, but a client. More
