other day and I couldn’t have been happier with the gentleman I dealt with. He told me probably when it would be done and it was within 15 minutes of

They wanted to do engine air filter, tire rotation, alignment, which I okayed. I didn't top off my windshield washer fluid, so they rated the entire fluid levels category as needs improvement. This included a recommended $200 transmission fluid flush job, $200 coolant flush job, and $200 brake fluid flush job. My car has 15k miles, so naturally I turned this all down. They also wanted an oil change, but I had one done a couple months ago.
When I got my car back, there was debris from the old cabin air filter all over my passenger side floor, in my glove box, and in the blower motor. I had to run errands, and I really didn't have time to go back to the service counter, so I left and scheduled a second appointment.
Thankfully when I returned, Joaquin was very polite, and the service department was able to clean up the debris. I really wish my service went better the first time around, but I appreciate Atamian taking the time to make things right.
