The phone support is the most rudest I have dealt with. Service was subpar because I went in for one thing and something else broke—more than one time with me ending up footing the bill! The service manager and GM were helpful but I fear the phone crew act like they are yet to learn what the definition of curtesy means. I am a care giver myself, and I must say I was appalled to say the least. I trust there are honest hardworking folks there that do exemplary work but at least I am being specific. I was thinking of trading in my car next year but this experience left too bad a taste for me to return. Do not call this center on the phone if you like to be happy. More
