Most employees were kind and helpful. Like Cam and Amy and Ozzy. Some weren’t. Like John. A few criticisms: 1. The finance person should talk to the sales team/ managers before talking to the client to confirm the deals made and what the client wants. 2. The finance person should not chew gum while conversing with clients. 3. The finance person should present the warranty as the amount of money in addition to the price of the car and present it as an option that is recommended. Not just “this is what I tell people” and “this is what most people do” and it should be presented as something for the client to THINK about. Not as some decision that NEEDS to be made in the middle of signing papers. 4. The finance person should have all documents ready and printed before inviting the client into his office. 5. The finance person should not make jokes about the sales person, insulting him and implying he is trouble. It was in bad taste and awkward. P.S. all of these are about John More

We recently purchased a new 2026 Honda Civic Sport at Atamian Honda. Our sales representative was Chris Holder, and he was excellent to work with. Chris has a warm and calm personality. He’s engaging without being pushy, and knowledgeable without overselling. He went above and beyond to help us find the right car and get the purchase over the goal line. Some highlights: When there was a communication miss between the insurance company and the dealer regarding the registration, Chris took action and accountability to get it squared away. Atamian offered a competitive price to win our business. The Ozzy, the finance person we worked with, was also friendly, organized, not high-pressure, and respectful of our time. I would recommend Atamian to anyone looking for a Honda and will certainly be a repeat customer. More

Once I had paid for and taken possession of the car, they were unhelpful, condescending and rude. They made a mistake on my registration application and when I called to ask what was happening, the manager, Mohammed, told me it was my problem to deal With the insurance. Turned out they were sending someone else’s application with my policy number. I had To point this out to them. Then they failed my inspection cause my plates weren’t reflective enough. I believe They were annoyed with my pushback on the registration but who knows. Found out at the DMV that i could Have jut ordered new plates, shown proof and got my sticker. Like I said, unhelpful.
