It was after jumping through all the hoops of paper work and phone calls that they shared that information. They presented the vehicle as a ‘Great price. And couldn’t go any lower. It was only about $1k less than a clean title car. They were very misleading in monthly payments as well. DO NOT BELIEVE WEBSITE!!! . I wouldn’t even rate 1 star but it’s required to complete this survey More

Excellent experience Made an appointment to drive a specific car. The car was ready and fueled up (at least partially) when I arrived. Sylla quickly walked me through the adjustments for this particular car in order to be safe driving it. No early sales pressure was a nice change from other dealers. After driving solo (also a welcome change from some other dealers who insist on riding along for test drives) I decided this car might be the one. It was in remarkable condition and priced well online and there was little room to negotiate down, so be aware of that with most of their cars. They are a volume dealer and internet price aggressively to move their volume. Don’t expect to be able to do much. After test driving 1 other car there (I wanted to be sure about this one) the dealing began. This is unfortunately a necessary evil when buying a car. The whole “what monthly payment do you want...” worked through. Do yourself a favor and do your interest rate homework before you arrive. The first rate they put in front of me was mediocre and they can do better so know your credit score and what you can get. Next was the extended warranty and gap insurance discussion and there is negotiation room there, albeit not much, as again, they price these slightly better than average. I met with their finance manager briefly (a pleasant experience) and was ready to go home and sleep on it. Before I could leave, the sales manager Faz came out and offered me to see their floorplan docs showing what they owed on the car and such and I appreciate a dealer that is this transparent. we worked through the final numbers and terms along with my trade, and we had a deal. I said goodbye to my former car and drove our new car home - all in all an excellent experience. I shopped at several dealers before buying here. I recommend Atlanta Best Used Cars because of their transparency in the financial process and the extremely clean condition of their cars. Sales process was what I would call medium pressure because there was the hard sell late in the process but didn’t show up way to early like other dealers. Like anywhere else, if you show up educated, patient and aware of what you are able and willing to do, you can do well here. More

I had it towed back to them and they had it 4 days before telling me there was nothing they could do. After my sales man told me several times it would be no problem to fix! Once they got my $2000 they could careless that the car was not working! Horrible communication. I hate I am now in a bind with a car note and no working car! More
