After we finished Louis, one of the sales men went in the office to bring me the extra key but came back and told me unfortunately they didn't have the key. He started blaming me for not buying the extra warranty he was selling to me that covers lost keys. I asked for the manager and a guy named fuz came and told and told they would reimburse me the cost of making another key, but told me not to go to Infiniti dealer because its expensive. He gave me a number of a guy that charges $ 200.00. I went back after I had the key made with the receipt but they kept telling me that the manager was not there. After I went there the third time Louis told me to leave the copy of the receipt and my driver's license so they could mail me the check because I had to drive 100 miles to and from the dealer. After waiting for the check for two weeks I called the dealer and they said the receipt did not look genuine. I asked them if they could call the guy who made the key since they referred me to him cause he was cheaper. They never called me back. I got tired of calling them cause every time I called they told me the manager was not there. I ended up taking the loss plus wasting my time and gas. DOT NOT leave a positive review before you get the key. I left one after they promise me $ 20.00 worth of gas if I leave a positive review but everything did not end well as it started. More

I had been emailing Benson during the week about a car, and now I wasn't sure I was going to get to look at it. Boy was I wrong. When I walked in I told them I was looking for Benson, and even though he was with another customer, he came to meet me and got started bringing my car around right away. He was very helpful and informative about my particular car. His attitude and helpfulness were really the deciding factor into my ultimate purchase of the car. I recommend anyone thinking about shopping here to give it a try. Ask for Benson! More

Great customer service I purchased a 2015 Civic 2 days ago, I saw the car on the dealership's website and cars.com. Both sites were linked to the CARFAX which was extremely helpful. The CARFAX showed no accidents. I told the salesman, Tripp, I'd be there early Saturday. I didn't get there until Saturday afternoon but Tripp was patient and remained professional. The process took slightly longer than I thought but that was because the car was detailed after it was sold, they did an amazing job! There was a mix-up with the numbers, vehicle price on the buyer's order I was given at the dealership was $1000 higher than the price on the buyer's order emailed to me 2 days prior. After showing proof of the lower price via cars.com the lower price was honored. I got the Civic for the advertised selling price, not a dime higher. I enjoyed my experience at ABUC and their inventory is excellent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Tripp, he will definitely take care of you. More

I came back to pick up the car and they'd corrected the one item we'd negotiated to be addressed, but couldn't take the time to take of stickers, wash the car, take out the protective matting, etc. They're only offer to make an effort at customer service was to provide $25 in gas for a review. Well, here's my review, but would happily provide a review if one was earned. You did your job, but did little to earn future business. More
