My wife and i stoped by at atlanta toyota to talk to John Duran & Luis Nino about a trade in and buying a new car. The staff were very friendly, personal, professional with great knowledge regarding the cars Duran & Luis Nino about a trade in and buying a new car. The staff were very friendly, personal, professional with great knowledge regarding the cars/products. I feel that I got a great car at a great price. The time to get the deal done was fairly quick and also had a good experience with the finance person. I would recommend Atlanta Toyota to anyone. This car makes it our third car purchased at Atlanta Toyota in the past 9 years. More

We found out about the car online and got a ballpark price on the vehicle. We got to the dealership and was not pressured at all. The experience was great and feel like the price was a fair one. I went there to buy a Sienna. The salesman didn't answer any of my questions. As I get there, he forced me to give him all my personel information including my social security numnber. We haven't talk about any of my questions. As I get there, he forced me to give him all my personel information including my social security numnber. We haven't talk about any car ,he already make a copy of my driver's license. He wanted me to tell him how much I want my monthly paiement to be,then he'll tell me what kind of car I can buy. At a certain point, I refuse to give him my social,because, I didn't even see any vehicule yet. He was rude enough to tell me that's the way he does business,he doesn't have time to waste,my social or I can leave. In my way out,he told an other salesman "That one thinks he can buy a Sienna". More

I dropped by to test drive a few cars and actually bought a car that same night. The staff were very friendly, personal, professional with great knowledge regarding the cars/products. My experience at Atlanta Toyota was very pleasant and I would and have recommended the dealership and staff members to friends and family. I look forward to a long and great relationship as being part of the Toyota family. John Duran was outstanding in providing excellent customer service. He listened to my needs, located the right car for me and answered the plethora of questions asked. He made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and even provided me with a beverage. He is a hard working employee and yet a warm and inviting sales professional. Jeff Tallent was also outstanding in customer service demonstrating great listening skills, negotiating techniques and creating a warm friendly environment. I had a great experience with all the staff of which I interacted even the employee cleaning the bathroom. Thanks so much for the great experience! More

The whole experience was smooth and easy going. Karen was so detailed and gave me all the time I needed from the test drive to the selection to help me make up my mind. While dealing long distance to help my Niece purchase a used vehicle from this facility we [Myself and my niece] were doing great up until we got to the finance portion. Being uniquely aware for the curre used vehicle from this facility we [Myself and my niece] were doing great up until we got to the finance portion. Being uniquely aware for the current finance options, down payment availablity, etc we settled on a reasonable price. But when we discussed the interest rate the finance personnel became rude and obnoxious. During their conversation while I was still on an open phone line he continued to comment about my not likeing what they would send me and that it was a waste of time! Sales personnel were good, prices on cars was good. Just finance some were else. Pay cash if you can! More
