Service visit fiasco & dealer apathy I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the NYS inspection. They failed to do so. I picked it up @ night and didn't realize until I got a ticket. I called to get it in ASAP since it had an expired sticker and asked to be compensated for the ticket. The soonest they would give me an appointment was one week (I can't drive the car!) and they told me tough luck on the ticket. This is how they value their customers. Customer Service sucks. I'd give them a Zero if I could. They've lost me as a customer for life. More

My experience at Atlantic Chevy in Bay Shore has been the worst. The most unprofessional people I ever dealt with. I leased a vehicle from there but I will never go back there again. PLUS THEIR CUSTOMER SERV worst. The most unprofessional people I ever dealt with. I leased a vehicle from there but I will never go back there again. PLUS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,THAT NEVER CALLS BACK . I tried to spend more money there . They are why people give car salesmen a bad name because they are all the stereotypes and more .
