We called before visiting the dealership and we very lucky to get Paul over the phone. He communicated clearly and was knowledgeable, polite and patient with us and our 3 young children. I felt that he lucky to get Paul over the phone. He communicated clearly and was knowledgeable, polite and patient with us and our 3 young children. I felt that he was helpful without being pushy. The dealership was clean and comfortable. The only reason I am giving the dealership 4 stars as opposed to 5 was due to the finance person. I understand as a salesperson there are certain quotas to meet but he was extremely pushy and slightly condescending while pushing extended warranties. It made me second guess what type of a car I was buying. Overall, it was a great experience. More
