We were interested in a car that was confirmed for our appointment. Showed up and the car wasn't there. Lawrence was super-kind and compassionate, sat me down to discuss things so that I could come back a appointment. Showed up and the car wasn't there. Lawrence was super-kind and compassionate, sat me down to discuss things so that I could come back at a time when the car would be there. Others at the dealership completely ignored me and when I asked about the car had just been defensive "Well, I didn't make the appointment, so ..." with no apology, just looking out for their own individual reputations, not helping the customer find solutions. Lawrence later sent me photos of the car, chatted with me about its history, and generally gave me a lot of peace of mind. He was exceptional where others fell short tremendously. Although I didn't end up purchasing the car, Lawrence at least got me close to the deal, where others would have let me just walk out with no hope of a sale whatsoever. More

The dealership is pretty far from where I live but the lack of communication forces me to drive out to the dealership with hopes they will do something about this. Also, I purchased a "warranty", I have the paperwork for it, but when I called in for information they say my warranty doesn't exist. Worst car buying experience ever. More
