Once again we apologize for your experience. When your deal was originally worked it included 1st, tax and bank fee which was broken down with the exact amount along with your trade value and payoff/equity. The next day you called up asking for more money off and more for your trade which we accommodated you to make the deal. We even tried to work around the GM card sign up offer you didnt get approved for at the time. On delivery your 1st payment and doc fee was collected. When addressed, we immediately tried to rectify the error as well as accommodate you with additional savings to make it up to you. We also gave you the option to not take the vehicle and unwind everything which is what we did to make you feel comfortable. We are here to make you happy and get you the best price or payment. We will always do what we can to earn your business in the future and try to give you the best experience.
