Went in for an oil change and inspection. Almost three hours later they said it's not a pass because of the transmission (not part of the inspection). They wanted more money to check it out. Took 4hrs for oil change....ridiculous...i text my advisor for status, no where to be found...$150 jus to diagnose a problem? Ridiculous!! They raised prices to make up for covid losses. Would like to say I am disappointed with my service. I was there this weekend for my inspection and was told I needed certain services done. I was told I needed a fuel injection service and a transmission was there this weekend for my inspection and was told I needed certain services done. I was told I needed a fuel injection service and a transmission service. It’s funny because I was there in December and had those exact services done. So now I’m left with the feeling that when I paid for the service...it was either not done or that they were just trying to make me pay for the service again when I in fact didn’t need it. I only put 6k miles in between visits mind you. It’s sad because every time I go I end up spending at least $800. I will probably never get any major work there done as I don’t know if it’s in fact getting done. I don’t blame the service rep but probably more so the mechanics but who knows. More
