My vehicle went in for regular maintenance no one called to tell me my vehicle was ready. I call At 3:45 to see when it would be ready the girl said it’s ready but we close in 15 minutes you need to come n to tell me my vehicle was ready. poor customer service I recently had my oil changed at Atlantic Honda. I had the worst experience I ever had at any service center. They said it will take 1 1/2 hours to I recently had my oil changed at Atlantic Honda. I had the worst experience I ever had at any service center. They said it will take 1 1/2 hours to be done . I totally accepted that because of the pandemic . They send me a text that said I can ask a question while I am waiting for my car. As it got close to the 1 1/2 hours I sent a text to find out my status . I had no response so I got up and went to the service counter. As in get there I am waiting for the service man to get off the phone. He said "here is your keys and your car is parked in the lot. I asked for a receipt of service and I was told "I am too busy and if you want I can mail it . I took my keys and walked outside to find my car on my own. It took me 5 minutes to find my car. It was all the way in the corner of the lot. I decided to go back inside to ask for a manager. I asked another service person to get me a copy and I finally got it but while I was asking someone else the first service person was loud and said "I am busy. Give him whatever he wants". I then asked why my text went unanswered . We don't use that system . No one can access it . THEN WHY SEND IT OUT TO CUSTOMERS? It was so unprofessional the way I was treated. More

The SA has greasy hair and was rude. All of sudden I need new tires out of nowhere , I will get a second opinion on and give my $ elsewhere. I felt ripped off. You emailed and texted me 3 times to confirm so I don’t waste your time but had no problem wasting mine as I had to take vacation time to come in. My 3rd and last car from you. I have also serviced my car every time with you. I will take my business elsewhere ,it has gone downhill. Ricky Alessi sold me my first Honda and I won’t be back. If I do really need tires I will get them from someone else. I don’t need your nasty attitude and you don’t get my $$$. Being unshowered and nasty reflects poorly on your business More
