He's very personable and knowledgable and made the process smooth. The only thing that I wish was better was that it took a long time for the "final sign" and paperwork with the finance person. He was great, but maybe too busy with multiple clients. I ended up asking the manager about an ETA and he got back to me quickly. More

Super nice and helpful I brought in my plug-in hybrid car to Service by appointment on a holiday, and right away the service advisor said it would be a very long wait.
