Went in for an oil change which was supposed be an hour. Tire pressure light was on and needed to be checked too. After 2 hours sitting and waiting I wasn’t updated as to the status. A mistake was made on the bill and advisor was very rude. I have never been treated like that before. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. In the manager’s eyes, the customer is not right.
