Bait and switch. Strung me along for 4.5 hours on a deal promised to me in writing via email and then went up by thousands when I arrived at the dealership. The entire sales management team at this dealerships are a fraud and try to trick you into paying more than you think, by moving money around and hiding money in payments and fees not specified on the contract. This is my 5th sales experience here and will be my last. Only 1 out of those 5 visits resulted in a purchase, and I should have learned my lesson that time when they tried to charge me extra fees that they didn’t think I would catch because they were quoting me monthly payments. Will never return, and I suggest anyone reading this review to heed my warnings. I used to sell cars, and this is a problem dealer from start to finish. They didn’t fool me because of my sales experience, but they swindle unknowing people every day. The one positive thing I can say is that Janne Perez is helpful, pleasant and reasonably honest. The sales management team dictates dealership policy, so it is rarely the salesman’s fault. If you do go to this dealership, make sure you ask for Janne. She’s great.
