In addition , all of the associates that I encountered made for an amazing experience. If I knew them each by name I’d call them out for a shout out as well. Equally as impressive of all moments was Rick Alessi the General Manager who made it a point to walk the service area and greet and engage both his people and patrons with a smile while ensuring all of his standards and expectations were met or exceeded on that day.
