Atlantic Honda and Joey Naim - the BEST!!!!!! I have been a customer of Atlantic Honda since they opened. The dealership’s dedication to customer service has always been excellent. But my long-tim I have been a customer of Atlantic Honda since they opened. The dealership’s dedication to customer service has always been excellent. But my long-time sales consultant, Joey Naim takes it to another level. No exaggeration - he is simply THE BEST! His understanding of personal service makes him, in my book, the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)! I wanted a specific 2019 Civic that wasn’t in their inventory. Now Joey could have tried to sell me on some other car, but he didn’t because over the years, he has taken the time to get to know me. So he went to the ends of the earth (okay Kentucky) to get the exact car that I wanted and had it shipped to NY. He was in constant contact with me, and let me know exactly where the car was and when it would be delivered... he basically tracked the car for me, like UPS or Amazon. Who does that? Joey did! I had to change the date of pick up due to a work situation. No problem! We did everything (all paperwork) over the phone, through text and secured online. He handled all my insurance changes. He texted me that my insurance would be calling and within minutes, they called. Handled and done! Now here’s the personal touch. I felt bad about having to change the appointment, so Joey took pics of the car and texted them to me. After a tough day at work, that meant so very much! I texted the pics to my family and they thought I picked up the car. I told them that Joey, my sales guy took the pics and sent them to me! They said “What? That’s AWESOME!” So when I walked into the showroom to pick up my car, it was literally sign and drive! Joey took me to the car, showed me all the features, went through his quality checklists, etc. Then the Sales Manager came over to thank and congratulate me... WONDERFUL TOUCH! Joey introduced me to Katelyn Alessi, the Finance Manager and she was wonderful as I was telling her all about Joey and how awesome he is! I was out of there with my new car and free Starbucks coffee in an hour! If you are looking for a new car, I recommend Honda. They are the most reliable cars on the market. Once you decide on a Honda, don’t hesitate on this: Go to Atlantic Honda and ask for Joey Naim. He will take care of you! Service My experience was ok, and I got my oil changed but it should not have cost me $135 just to diagnose leaky transmission hoses. It also was disappointing to find out that it was going to cost $500 to flush out the transmission system and replace the hoses. I felt like most of my service experience was just a scam to make money. More

October 2019 in the morning my exhaust system dropped, and I had a job interview in the afternoon. I called Alex, and he told me to bring the car in. He was able to have the service tech make the vehicle driveable, and I had to replace the entire exhaust system two days later. When I arrived, he told me not to worry that he would help get to my job interview. Granted I did not get the job, but I will never forget the outstanding service I received that day. More
