Shamil was nice and he was helpful, Rich was also very nice - he is a salesman so you need to be on your best game when you’re negotiating with him. Rich shares cool stories and it made me feel like I’ve known him for years. My only complaint is I was there from 10:30am and finally drove away with the car at 5:45pm so it was a long and tiring day but I left with the car I wanted and they took my leased bmw and handled that after I left. Although it was a long day, the process was painless and I will definitely be using them for service and for future vehicles. More
