From a good experience to a bad one! After being so happy about my brand new car, a week after everything changed. I got the car on May 17th, the same night the car kept showing a " low p After being so happy about my brand new car, a week after everything changed. I got the car on May 17th, the same night the car kept showing a " low pressure tired" message ( TPMS). I went to a gas station and some of the tires had more pressure and I fixed it. The next day, the car showed me the same message and I decided to contact the guy who sold me the car. He said that was normal for a car that was parked for a long time. A week after I got a flat tire. I changed the tire and went to the service station. The guy over there was very nice and he explained to me that it was a patch and they were going to fix it. An hour later, he came back saying " I don't have good news" and he showed me a huge metal piece that was on the tire and they didn't even know what it was ( I saved the piece and still have it) i told him the story about the TPMS message and he told me to go across the street to speak to the manager and the guy that sold me the car because it was just a week old. I spoke to the manager ( Clay) and then he said that they only thing he could do for me was giving me a discount. Ok fine, I have to pay for it, I'll do it. After he said that he said he was feeling really bad about it and that he wanted to do something for me and took money out of his pocket and said " I'll give you the difference" what an offensive way to fix my problem. But that's not it. When I was about to leave he said again he was feeling really bad and If i didn't want the money he could take me out to dinner!!! Ok, this guy saw me a week ago with my kids and my husband looking for a car and getting the car! What is wrong with him??? I'm not coming back to that dealer, no! I don't to go to a place when some of the people that works there don't have any respect for their customers. I was out of the country and that's why I'm just writing this review. And Tomorrow I'm going to make a few phone calls too. It's sad that the dealer is looking bad for some of its employees. Very sad! More

I really did my homework and looked at every SUV out there including the high end models. I decided on the CR-V Touring model because it had the most to offer. I usually deal with Babylon Honda, but this time i wanted to try Atlantic since it is close to my home. I`m very glad i did ! I hooked up with Anthony Blythe who was a pleasure to deal with. I came in with all my documentation from Edmunds and Truecar so i knew what i wanted to pay for the vehicle. Everything went well as i planned and there was very little stress. Anthony was very easy going and did not try to pressure me. He was one of the best salesmen i ever dealt with and very responsive. I wanted to dress up the car so i added about six dealer installed obtions, which we negotiated on price. I was also introduced to Dave Moore, Charles Zheng and Ron McDougald. All very professional and helpful. I intend on having my car serviced at Atlantic. Only time will tell if your service dept. can be trusted. I walked into the beautiful service department on this past Saturday June 3 and was greeted by such a nice young man named Arik. He mad me laugh and feel so comfortable with the dealership and made my experience one i am sure to never forget! My vehicle needed an oil change and filters and he gave me a very good price and made me feel comfortable spending my money on my vehicle there. Their facilities are wonderful too! I recommend Atlantic Honda service and Arik to every one and I will be purchasing my next Honda from them! Well done Atlantic Honda for having such a huge asset to your team! More

He is pass phenomenal...his customer service, patience, and thorough guidance always make me walk away feeling totally satisfied. I was in for service today and because he insisted on me taking the Extended Warranty package years ago and I must say I fault him tooth and nail on that one. But thank God I listened because today's service could have cost me almost $500 out of pocket had I not had the warranty plan. He is a brilliant salesman and adds greatness to the Honda organization and team. More
