This place has terrible customer service. I went to purchase a car here and they were nice to me until I finalized the purchase. They did not provide a copy of vehicle purchase agreement. Then when I tried to contact them to get the vehicle purchase agreement they were extremely disrespectful and unresponsive, especially Danielle Szabo. When I tried to contact her to get the them they didn't pick up the phone and when I went in person to get the purchase agreement, they told me to wait and I waited for an hour to get the purchase agreement from Danielle Szabo, even though it wasn't busy at the time. This dealership also upcharges post purchase of the car- they add on additional fees that were not agreed upon during discussion of total cost of car. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership- do NOT recommend. More
