Outright lied to me about return value Juan took back my CRV lease and three different times I told him my taillight was cracked - he said he would "take care of it" for me at the time I w Juan took back my CRV lease and three different times I told him my taillight was cracked - he said he would "take care of it" for me at the time I wondered why he said he didn't need to see it but now I know. They sent me a bill for $1400 to fix it and when I went back he lied to my face and said I never mentioned a broken taillight! This was my 3rd lease at this dealership and I think I am leaving Honda for good now. More
