Awesome experience: 1st Time getting a new car in 14 years From the second we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new Honda 6 hours later everything was top notch. Anthony our salesperson h From the second we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new Honda 6 hours later everything was top notch. Anthony our salesperson has a lot of patience. Especially when dealing with a family of 4, and 2 of them are teenage girls. He sat with us for over 3 hours, let us both myself and my husband test drive the cars. Then let us look thru the lot at the colors that were available on sight and then what was available at their warehouse. Ended up picking a color at the warehouse. Anthony even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with our new car. After getting the car, we had a tech person, sit with us for around 30 minutes showing us how everything works. He too had a lot of patience because I had a lot of questions. Anthony and everyone else we dealt with were professional and not pushy at all. To keep all of the kids entertained and even some of the adults that were waiting for service, they had manicures,, massages and complimentary popcorn and hot dogs. Will make the trip back to Bay Shore the next time we need a new car even with it being at least 45 minutes away. Roberta and Steven More
