Clueless and disorganized I made an appointment to see a Honda Fit. When I arrived, the person with whom I had an appointment was scheduled for a sales meeting. (Clearly someon I made an appointment to see a Honda Fit. When I arrived, the person with whom I had an appointment was scheduled for a sales meeting. (Clearly someone didn't check their calendar...) She passed me off to another sales person, which I wouldn't have minded except that I had to wait another 15 minutes beyond my appointment time for him to find us. He had to look up an answer with his supervisors, not once, but for every single question I had and each time took another ten minutes. That tells me that the original saleswoman did not prep him for the sale or brief him at all. It was unfair for him to have so little preparation or training. It took another twenty minutes to get a car ready for a test drive - again, completely unprepared. I do not appreciate people wasting my time, so I bought my Fit elsewhere. More

Easiest car buying experience I came to the dealer not sure of what I wanted to do. I explained this to Juan who was very understanding. I decided to take a night to sleep on it.
