I took my car over to Honda and after I had an assessment done my car was given a new battery I was charged almost $300 then my car stopped working the next day. After having a terrible time trying to lease a new car, my boyfriend and I walked into Atlantic Honda only to be greeted by Eugene Kelly who immediately gave me hope that I would be able to lease an SUV fo my boyfriend and I walked into Atlantic Honda only to be greeted by Eugene Kelly who immediately gave me hope that I would be able to lease an SUV for the price I wanted. He was so friendly and actually listened to my concerns and worked with me instead of just dismissing me like other dealerships had. Thank you to Eugene and Atlantic Honda for making this experience so much better and helping me into a new 2022 Honda HRV for exactly what I was able to spend. I received great service from Kris when I brought my CRV in for service. She kept me abreast of what was going on and immediately contacted me when the service was complete. I had a chemo appointment and s in for service. She kept me abreast of what was going on and immediately contacted me when the service was complete. This dealership is untrustworthy & unreliable and unorganized. I took my reliable car in for an oil change and later that night I got a warning that I had an emission system problem. Seems conspicuou unorganized. I took my reliable car in for an oil change and later that night I got a warning that I had an emission system problem. Seems conspicuous that a mechanic wouldn’t pick up on that having my car just hours earlier. Then when I left a different contact number, the service reps continued multiple times to try and reach me on my original number. I could see making that mistake once but this guy returned my call on wrong number about 3 times. That’s excessive and lazy. Obviously he wasn’t listening to his voice mail to hear whatI had to say or he would have heard me ask him to call me on a different number than the one I gave when I dropped the car off. And to top it all off, other cars leaving the service station went through the complimentary car wash. For some reason they didn’t put my car through the complimentary car wash even though I went back to pick it up on 2 separate occasions; first for the oil change and then the next day for the emissions systems problem. After spending almost $800 and putting me through all that aggravation, you would think they would have at least put the car through the complimentary car wash that they sneak about as a perk to all customers who come in for vehicle service. I will never go back to this dealership even though I had a pleasant experience when I purchased the car. This last service really left a bad impression. More
