I travel 45 mins each way to go to that dealership, rather than the one 3 miles from my home, bc they are sooooo much nicer to deal with. This time, however, I went in for an “express” oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours- they said they were badly backed up, when I inquired, after an hour and a half had gone by. While I understand that happens, the service person taking in my vehicle should have disclosed that before they took my car away, in which case I would have made my decision about whether or not to reschedule the oil change for a better time. Other wise I would have given a 5 star rating. Love Atlantic Honda! More

The young lady who handled my billing was not very nice like she was doing me a favor. Left the booth with my credit card never explained why she would take it out if my site. After I returned they couldnt find my keys. She finally told me they were probably washing it I should wait snd wave the valet down. After waiting my car wasnt being washed. Went back inside to ask where my car was. It was only then that they sent a valet to find my car which was parked sinewhere. More

Time for a change I took my car to Atlantic and it was diagnosed with 1.5 hrs of having the car as opposed to two days and annoying dealings at Apple. Great Sales Team, AWFUL Service Dept This is my second car purchased from Joey. With my first car I went for an oil change and it took an exorbitant amount of time and I promised myself This is my second car purchased from Joey. With my first car I went for an oil change and it took an exorbitant amount of time and I promised myself I would not go back. With my new car I figured I would get an oil change as it was free and I needed a service recall. I scheduled this for Friday morning. I arrived and was informed that the parts were not available for the recalls so they could not do the service. I was not given a courtesy call or given an option to reschedule the service. I decided to stay for the oil change since I was still there. TWO hours later I pulled my own car off the car wash line because my car still wasn’t finished. Two hours for an oil change is highly unacceptable. On top of this, I went to speak to my advisor Mark (who was wonderful), and another advisor Dave S, was cursing and yelling about another employee without any care. He was lucky I was not with my children at the time - he should really learn how to watch his mouth in such an open space with customers and families. I will never bring my car here for service again. More
