If I could give 0 stars I would. I had 1 day off of work to buy a car. I have 3 small children so I called the dealership and asked if we could make a deal over the phone. Yes no problem. Explained I would be leaving for a trip tomorrow and today was the only day I had to purchase a vehicle. Gave the exact price I wanted to spend. I was told over the phone after going back and forth for a few hours that they would honor the price I was asking for. I came in to switch the plates and insurance. After an hour and a half of sitting there with my kids and switching insurance they came at me with DIFFERENT numbers. They put on a show and acted like there was some big miss communication. They lied to get me in the door and then tried to get me to pay ridiculous “fees” that were just going in their pockets. Greedy waste of time!! Wasted my whole day and now I didn’t get a car. More
