As always, the customer service at Hyundai was excellent. From the greeting of the gentlemen when we dropped off our vehicle to the service consultant, it was a great experience. Bob Wasilko was terrific! I love my Elantra GT, the ease of purchase, the HEATED SEATS, size, trunk capacity. Usually when you buy a new car, borrow a friends or rent a car there is a period of being uncomf of purchase, the HEATED SEATS, size, trunk capacity. Usually when you buy a new car, borrow a friends or rent a car there is a period of being uncomfortable because it's not familiar. Not with this car! I felt right at home with it when I left the lot the day I bought it and by the time I got home (about an hour) it felt like I had been driving this car for years. We purchased our car back in Aug. but just found this sight. That's why our review is late. We had a great experience purchasing our car. When we walk in to Atlantic everyone was so friendly, talking to us. Sandra was so helpful she took us to the car we were interested in. We took it for a test drive and decided this was the car we wanted. When we worked out the price we were told we had to wait till they got a clear title for us to pick up the car. We had no problem with this. Things worked out so good we thought what a great experience. Picking up the car was another story. About a week later when we went to pick up the car Sandra was too busy to help us. After waiting hours to sign our paperwork we were handed our keys and sent on our way. We weren't shown how anything worked in the car. We were lucky the past owner still had the owner booklet so we could figure it out ourselves. We did have questions that I called the dealership and they said come back and we'll have someone help you. I had neither the time or energy to waste going back to them. The funny thing is they never even showed us where to go for service. You would think they make money with their service department. To this day I still don't know anything about it. The other thing I found out was that I had 3 months of free Satelite Radio. I found that out when I got a letter in the mail 1 month into that 3 months. I wish they would make the entire experience of buying a car good. Delivering a car is important but I felt like Atlantic just stopped short of the full sale. When the money got in the palm of their hand they felt the good customer service was over. More

I was so pleased with the way that Bob handled my first lease, that I chose Hyundai. Bob Breinlinger was my salesman when I leased my 2011 Sonata. I was so pleased with the way that Bob handled my first lease, that I chose to return for my second Sonata, a 2013, and made sure that Bob was my salesman of choice. Bob is very knowledgeable, pleasant and very easy to deal with and he explained the entire transaction - step by step. I would recommend him to any of my friends and relatives.
