Ever time I go back to Hyundai for service, there is an issue. This latest visit, the car wash workers lost my keys and they lost one of my car magnets. It was a mess. Eventually my keys were found, but issue. This latest visit, the car wash workers lost my keys and they lost one of my car magnets. It was a mess. Eventually my keys were found, but my car magnet was never returned back to me. I had to buy a replacement. I also had to wait over two hours for a car wash. It would be nice if for one time things could go well. I will be going elsewhere for service from now on. Hyundai has lost my business. More

Gary was assigned to us by the finance mgr. since our original sales person was not in. Gary sat us down at his desk listened to what we were interested in, took us for a ride in the sonata and my daugh original sales person was not in. Gary's professionalism was amazing to me, he took the time to explain everything to my daughter Monica. He even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle! which I thought was over and above what he had to do. I brought my 2013 Elantra GT into the Atlantic Hyundai Service Center because the front wipers were streaking. (I have only had the car for 2 months.) I have had a few very bad experiences with buying a new car so wasn't expecting much. Diego was a wonderful person to work with. He listened to what I wanted and was able to explain the different models t car so wasn't expecting much. Diego was a wonderful person to work with. When I wanted to see go and see the same car 3 different times he went out with me each time so I can ask more questions. When I had to go back home to get my down payment he finished as much paperwork as he could so I didn't have to spend more time waiting around while he made phone calls. I can honestly say this one experience made up for the past ones. He wasn't pushy and overbearing but an overall wonderfull person to work with. More

Disappointed, Considering the fact I bought my car on October 22,2012 and had to take car in for service on December 14th,2012 I am less than happy. I called service dept on December 10,2012 explained th October 22,2012 and had to take car in for service on December 14th,2012 I am less than happy. I called service dept on December 10,2012 explained that the right rear seat warmer button was not working. I drop my car off to find out the gas cap has also been recalled. After your service department had my car for two hours I get a phone call saying we fixed the gas cap but we cant fix your car we don't have the part, we need to order it. you will have to come back when part is in. The whole idea of buying a new car was so I wouldnt have to worry about anything. I work 12 hour shifts and it is difficult for me to just stop working to drop off my car for service which is not completed. This is my fourth hyundai I've bought from Atlantic. I expect better service, especially when I call on Monday and tell you exactly what is wrong with the car. Don't you check to see if you have parts in stock. I have owned a Hyundai Excel gls excellent car, Hyundai scoupe piece garbage but I still believed in Hyundai. Bought a Hyundai santa fe 2004 excellent still have the vehicle. I hope this Santa Fe is not going down the same path as the Scoupe. Hope the part to my car comes in soon I need a seat warmer in December not April!!!!! More
