This is the 4th Hyundai I have purchased and every time it gets better and better. The staff is very courteious and always willing to do the best that they can for the customer. This time was the best experience of all I was able to get into a Sonata for less money than an Elantra. Alan Levinger really put the package together for me. The atlantic Hyundai team made it happen. I drove my new Sonata home that night. I bought 4 cars from atlantic Hyundai so far and I will be back for more. I got the car I wanted and the entire process went very smoothly, except for the amount of time we had to wait for the final sign-offs. This was not Sue's fault. Just seems like it should not take over 2 hours to wait for DMV transfer and then the signing of all required forms, etc. Sue kept checking to see what the hold-up was and was very helpful during this time. Perhaps, on a busy Saturday, extra staff might be a good idea. I would also like to mention Donald (DJ) an exceedingly pleasant, polite and knowledgeable young man who has recently joined your staff. DJ was so helpful and assisted us with all that the new Tucson has to offer. He is a great addition to your staff. I would also like to commend the credit manager/ coordinator who very quickly found a great bank to finance our new car. I cannot remember his name, but he was really a pleasure to work with. We come back to Atlantic Hyundai and we have and will continue to refer many customers to you. This is because of Susan DeFalco. I could not imagine buying a new car from someone other than Sue. ON 7-14 I PURCHASED A USED TOYOTA RAV4 FOR MY GROWING FAMILY. THE FIRST 24 HOURS OWNING THE VEHICLE WE KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG, IT DIDNT GO INTO GEAR PROPERLY, THE LIGHT WOULD GO ON AND OFF, IT WO FAMILY. THE FIRST 24 HOURS OWNING THE VEHICLE WE KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG, IT DIDNT GO INTO GEAR PROPERLY, THE LIGHT WOULD GO ON AND OFF, IT WOULD FEEL LIKE IT WAS GOING TO STALL OUT WHEN STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT, AND MOSTLY IT WAS RUNNING ROUGH. WHEN I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO BE LOOKED AT 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DATE BECAUE THAT WAS WHEN SERVICE COULD SEE THE VEHICLE, I WAS PROMISED A RENTAL SO I COULD BRING OUR 15 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER TO HER SPECIALIST FOR HER WEEKLY TREATMENTS FOR A AILING MEDICAL CONDITION. WELL NO RENTAL WAS AVAILABLE AND I HAD TO RESCHED THE CAR SERVICE DAY. THE NEXT DAY DRIVING HOME FROM THE CITY WHERE MY DAUGHTER GETS HER TREATMENTS THE TRUCK SEIZED IN THE CENTER LANE OF SUNRISE HIGHWAY, NO BATTERY, NO POWER STEERING THE WHOLE TRUCK JUST FROZE UP. FRANTIC TO NOT GET HIT I RACED TO GET MY CHILDREN AND SICK BABY OUT OF THE VEHICLE. WHEN WE GOT TO THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY I CALLED THE EMERGENCY TOWING THAT ATLANTIC SOLD TO ME FOR 3 YEARS AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT FIND ME IN THE DATABASE, MY PURCHASE WAS TOO NEW AND IT TAKES TIME FOR IT TO REGISTER IN THE SYSTEM! WELL I CALLED ATLANTIC AND WAS TOLD BY MY SALES REP, HE WAS JUST THAT A SALES GUY AND COULDNT HELP ME..WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT MIKE TOLD ME TO PAY OUT OF POCKET HE WOULD REIMBURSE ME..2 HOURS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH MY VOMMITING, SICK, THIRSTY BABY AND MY 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER MY INLAWS LEFT A FRIENDS WEDDING TO COME HELP US...THE TRUCK WAS PUSHED BY TWO HELPFUL YOUNG GUYS BY HAND IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER TO A PARKING LOT WHERE THE WINDOWS COULDNT BE ROLLED UP AND AFTER COUNTLESS JUMP STARTS NO POWER WAS BEING TAKING IN BY THE TRUCK. I HAD EXPLAINED TO VINNY AND PAUL SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT I EVEN TOLD THE SERVICE GUY JOHN GROSSO WHO EXPLAINED TO ME THE TRUCK HAD ALLOT OF WORK DONE TO IT ALREADY..WELL NEW WIPERS AND TIRES IS NOT ALLOT OF WORK...THIS TRUCK IS A LEMON..WE EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION TO BOTH THE SALES TEAM AND SERVICE, WE NEEDED A RELIABLE VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT OUR BABY TO AND FROM HER DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS, SHES SICK SHE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO GET TO AND FROM THESE APPOINTMENTS SAFELY. I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE A SICK CHLD, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HORRIBLE THIS WHOLE ORDEAL HAS BEEN AND ITS ONLY 6 DAYS INTO OWNING THE VEHICLE..YOU TREATED ME HORRIBLY, IM NOT ONE OF YOUR LOW CREDIT CRAPPY CREDIT HISTORY SLUMMERS, IM A CONSUMER WITH A SICK CHILD THAT WAS IN NEED OF A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND YOU SOLD A LEMON TO FAMILY WITH A SICK BABY...IM SURE GOD WILL BE GOOD TO YOU...IM SICKENED BY THE SERVICE OR LACK OF SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED BY THIS COMPANY AND ITS TEAM OF CON MEN.
