I rated the above criteria all 5's because of the great experience I had at Hyundai and with Vic Carver who was not only helpful and very knowledgable about each car that I was considering, but he also ack experience I had at Hyundai and with Vic Carver who was not only helpful and very knowledgable about each car that I was considering, but he also acknowledged what I wanted out of car and helped me to find my best fit. Vic was very attentive and spoke about Hyundai and the benefits I would get out of driving one. He seems like someone who really 'wears the Hyundai shirt' compared to being just a salesman; his suggestions and thoughts were very sincere and I felt comfortable asking him questions. Vic also expressed that if I have any questions, concerns, or problems in the future, to contact him if I need any help.
