The overall purchase experience was smooth. There seems to be a lack of follow up once the sale leaves the floor and goes into finance. I waited 4 1/2 hours until my car was delivered, only to find that there was no inspection sticker on the car. I was given Dealer Tags and asked to return the next day. The care had to be reinspected and new DMV paperwork had to be done. For some reason, this took an additional 1 1/2 hours??? Something has to be done to streamline this process and better communicate with the client!!! More

This is not my first Hyundai purchase. I also own a 2001 Sonata that just turned 100,000 and is driven by my son. It has been a terrific vehicle and that is why I decided to purchase a second one. I cannot remember the name of the man who set up my financing but he was also very thorough. I have an absolutely clear expectation because he explained all of my options in detail. More
I have been a customer of Atlantic Hyundai since 2008 and have been extremely pleased with their attitude towards their customers. I have always be a "welcomed guest" in their sales store and in their servi have been extremely pleased with their attitude towards their customers. I drive to the dealership all the way from Queens County just because of the great experiences I have there each time I go. It's a drive for me.....but.....I have never been treated as well.....in other Hyundai dealerships in Queens! Atlantic Hyundai goes that extra mile to satisfy their customers. I have sent a few friends of mine to the dealership and they have not been disappointed. Hats off to all the employees at Atlantic Hyundai. I just picked up another Sante Fe today as I have had a good experience with the previous one I owned. I'm sure I'll be back again when it's time to service my new 2012 Sante Fe!
