I went in to the dealership to have my 2005 Sonata serviced because I wanted to give it to my college age grandson. While I walked through the showroom Isaw the new Elantra. When I arrived at Atlantic Hyundai late Sunday almost 5pm I was greeted by a sales representive (Ed Brightman). Though I hadn't planned on purchasing that afternoon I became comfortable do to Ed's profession I was greeted by a sales representive (Ed Brightman). Though I hadn't planned on purchasing that afternoon I became comfortable do to Ed's professionalism and lack off traditional car sales tactics. He asked me to test drive a car he pick out and It was such a pleasant, none presure experience that I made a purchase and picked up the next day. My wife and I were very happy that it went so well and we got such a fair deal. We met the Sales Mgr and General Mgr and everyone was very thankful for our business, very pleasant and courteous even though we purchased one of their most economically priced vehicles, the Elantra. We are very happy with the new car, glad we had Ed Brightman as our salesman and will be happy to recommend Ed & Alantic Hyundia. But we were surprised at the amount of time needed for the delivery/pickup paper work to be prepared and if that had been better prepared it would have be a good thing. PS. Let me add that I never thought I would buy from Atlantic because of negative feed back I had heard years back, but the people we dealt with and this experience wiped out any reluctance I had. More
