Just went today, not expecting to buy anything. Samantha spotted us on the lot, and gave us the time to browse the lot before coming over to greet us. Once I told her I'd like to test-drive two vehicles, she was ready to go and answered any question we might have had while driving each vehicle. We eventually settled on a Sonata SE, and Samantha was able to skillfully maneuver the situation we presented to her regarding the trade-in we had. Negotiations were not at all difficult, and she was able to meet a price my girlfriend and I both agreed upon. And before you knew it, we left the lot at 7 pm with a brand-new 2012 Hyundai Sonata!
