Theses past three weeks, I have visited six dealerships (including Hyundai and rival makes). I have found Atlantic Hyundai to be far superior to any other. Salesman, Farrell Shapiro, was friendly, knowled (including Hyundai and rival makes). I have found Atlantic Hyundai to be far superior to any other. Salesman, Farrell Shapiro, was friendly, knowledgable, patient and accommodating. He created an atmosphere of trust and efficency. I would definitely refer him to others. I dealt briefly with other individuals while there. They were both professional and friendly. This dealership is a fine fine tuned operation. There was no pressure, no pushing, no deadlines nor ultimatums. He kept to his word and a man's word is his bond. I also had a pleasant experience with the gentleman from financing and the young lady from billing although I cannot remember their names. I am sure Tim can tell you who they are if necessary. Overall I can emphatically state that my experience buying a car at Atlantic was a smooth and pleasant experience through the efforts of Tim Denis. I would even venture to advise giving him a raise! I came in for an inspection and oil change on my 2009 elantra, I had been thinking of the Touring, when my lease runs out. Went into sales, sat with Robert B. I had no idea it would be possible now! Made it possible,,he really put excellent effort into making sure I got what I wanted. You have a great crew there. Whenever I am asked about my Hyundai, I always say how wonderful I get treated. I am very satisfied with my vehicle, the price and of couse the service; even when I take my car for service,Brian is very nice. So I hope Robert gets a promotion also!!! I had a very good experience buying a 2012 Tuscan from Atlantic. Sandra was a terrific sales person. She was very knowledgeable about her product. On entering the dealership, I was beginning my search for a new vehicle. I was familiar with the features and was fairly certain that I would purchase the Santa Fe. The salesman was exceptionally pleasant a a new vehicle. I was familiar with the features and was fairly certain that I would purchase the Santa Fe. The salesman was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. He took time to explain about the vehicle and the options. As far as pricing goes, I feel that we got a good deal. The features that I was interested in were not available in the vehicle that I preferred. We finally were sold a higher end vehicle with all but one of the features that I was looking for (the towing package). All in all, I'm pleased with the transaction. More
