On entering the dealership, I was beginning my search for a new vehicle. I was familiar with the features and was fairly certain that I would purchase the Santa Fe. The features that I was interested in were not available in the vehicle that I preferred. We finally were sold a higher end vehicle with all but one of the features that I was looking for (the towing package). All in all, I'm pleased with the transaction. More
