The managers are sneaky, they will add months on to your financing deal if you dont pay attention, read everything before you sign. I'm sure all dealerships try these tactics. Be prepared to walk if your not happy. In addition some staff were making fun of other customers who walked. Completely unprofessional. Yes it happens but Dont do it in front of other customers.
