I recently purchased new 2011 Camry at Atlantic Toyota. A few years ago I purchased my old Camry there too, and I had good experience, so I decided to go there again. My past experience with buying cars has always been a difficult process. Some one from my church recommended Atlantic Toyota. Shane Dennis was pleasant, courteous, and most helpful in taking the time to show me various models that would be practical for my needs. After reviewing the various options I left and Shane Dennis stated that if I had any questions to feel free to come again and he gave me his card. The very fact that I felt no pressure is why I came back a second time a few weeks later with my brother and I asked for Shane Dennis. He helped me to determine the best model for my needs as well as my brother's....I purchased the Prius and I love it. I would recommend this dealership to amyone because of they have people who display kindlness, and an attitude of professionalism that I have not experienced elswhere. so i went in looking for a highlander i had seen online, when i went i looked for about 1/2 hour and saw a really nice hyundai mini van. when i finally went into the dealer for some assistance the salespers when i went i looked for about 1/2 hour and saw a really nice hyundai mini van. when i finally went into the dealer for some assistance the salesperson was attentive and took me to look at the vehicles that i was interested in. after looking at how scratched the highlander i was looking at was i took a look at the minivan. it was GORGEOUS!! so we went inside to fill out the paper work and gave the down payment. Waited outside for them to see if the bank approved the financing and was told the bank was already closed they would check the next day. i went in the next day after work only to be told that the bank had declined, but was asked for pay stubs and 3 reference and i gave them. was told i could go home that he would call me to let me know what the outcome would be. i went home (not to mention i am carrying around my 3 yr old daughter and my 21 yr old mentally challenged/handicap brother). after all this, i decided to wait until 3pm friday to see if i would get a call and nothing. i called at 3pm on friday and was told that it looked like the bank would only approve a toyota. i was offered to look at another car or get my money back. i said if that was the case to get the money back and was told since it was friday i would have to wait until tuesday to get it back. i said that was fine and again was told he would call me back to let me know if he had something else i might be interested at looking. this is the first time i buy a car and it has been really upsetting now i cant even go somewhere to put a down payment cause i have to wait to get reimbursed, but i guess i am not the only that was given such a headache two co-workers told me they had difficulties getting their cars their too...one had to get co-signers and references and what not to get her toyota and the other one wasnt even able to get a car and decided to go to ira toyotas in danvers which she recommended so once i get reimbursed ill go there.. what i dont understand why if the credit was not approved they cant give me the check i gave until tuesday. More

MY car had a Steering wheal problem. send to this dealer. fixed it but did not Align it. send it 5 times for the same problem did not fix it was advised nothing wrong with it. send it to a different dealer w fixed it but did not Align it. send it 5 times for the same problem did not fix it was advised nothing wrong with it. send it to a different dealer was advised steering wheal need alignment but extended warranty wont pay. very upsed of the situation. will never use this dealer ever again.
