What a car purchase experience should be like I have to admit, I expect nothing but the best service when I spend my money. Today I purchased a truck from Atlantic Toyota and I was treated like my deal/experience mattered. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by our sales person (Luca) and our experience was first class. First he took the time get to know us, what type of car we were in the market for and how much we wanted to spend and how much we could afford to pay a month. When we decided on the truck we wanted to buy, the business manager Jessica Gipson made us feel like family. We both felt so comforter throughout our meeting we shared very personal stories from pets to children. She worked diligently to get us the very best payment per month and overall cost of the truck. I have a new fond respect for dealerships and salesmen who love and appreciate your business. I would recommend Luca, our sales person and Jessica our business manager to everyone I know looking a for a car and great customer service. More

I love this dealership, they have helped me in my hardest years of my life 3 years ago when I leased my Scion FR-S and the next day I suffered a seizure and couldn't drive for 6 months and had to do cranial brain surgery. Mr. Peter Zorzy came through for me and made sure I was taken care of in the best manner possible. Lianne Dunne has not only processed the lease for my 2013 Scion FR-S but has sold my heart to the new 2016 Scion IM. Lianne's personality is simply adorable and caring. I was just there 2 days ago to return my Scion FR-S lease and financed the 2016 Scion IM which I absolutely adore. The luxury feeling of this car is amazing. Financing this car was my primary choice and they gave me an exceptional steal of a deal :) with the monthly payments and financing terms. All the staff here at this dealership were wonderful throughout my few hours experience and the customer service was simply nothing below exceptional. We were met by salesman named Ahmed Edwards who worked with us. He worked with us. He was patient, cordial and a pleasure to work with. His personality is wonderful. I would not hesitate in the future to go to Atlantic and seek out Mr. Edwards. The manager first name Hank is also a good man. We had some minorp roblems in the paper work, but Hank sat with us and took care to see every problem we brought us was taken care of. I would definitly use Atlantic Toyota in the future of our next lease or purchase. More

Also when it came time to complete all the paper work I had the pleasure to have Jessica Gipson, who made me feel that the whole process was painless. She was excellent. When I can go to a dealership after.many years and the same people are still working there I think what a great company that they not only have the best team of employees but treats them well so they want to stay.
