My experience with Atlantic Toyota has been nothing short of abysmal. Not only did they fail to handle someone else’s inquiry properly, but they also managed to use the wrong personal information, leading to of abysmal. Not only did they fail to handle someone else’s inquiry properly, but they also managed to use the wrong personal information, leading to a barrage of unwanted emails promoting car purchases I never intended to make. It's incredibly frustrating to be bombarded with marketing materials for a car I never bought, especially when it's clear they've mishandled my data in the process. The carelessness and lack of attention to detail displayed by this dealership are unacceptable, and it's concerning that they haven't taken any steps to rectify the situation. This experience has left me feeling violated and has certainly soured my opinion on Atlantic Toyota as a potential future business partner. More

I arrived right at 8 AM for my appointment and they were ready for me. Check in was quick and easy and I waited in the lounge for my car. The only thing I had to pay for was my state inspection.
