I bought a 2021 cx5 Mazda from atlantic toyota on January 20th, the vehicle is second hand and has 58000 miles.When I was sold the car, I was told that it had a 5- year warranty and that it had no problems 20th, the vehicle is second hand and has 58000 miles.When I was sold the car, I was told that it had a 5- year warranty and that it had no problems. 7 days after I bought the car, the oil light and engine fault light appeared in the car.l went to the service and they said there was only dirt in the sensor and they did maintenance. I took my car back 3 weeks later the fault light came on again and I took it back and they told me that the car was burning oil and needed to go to Mazda service.l wanted to return the car but they did not accept the refund, am complaining and am a victim, More
After I waited 2 hours & they told me my car was ready to go we realized that they didn't fix the problem with my tailgate door. I had to wait another hour and then was told that I had to leave my car and co go we realized that they didn't fix the problem with my tailgate door. I had to wait another hour and then was told that I had to leave my car and come back the next day to get it! They gave me a loaner car & I was told that I had to pay for gas after I wasted 3 hours & had to waste another 2 hours the next day to get my car. The next day I had to call twice to find out the status of my car. They could not fix the problem but I needed my car back so I drove out to get it. I was told that they were waiting for the Toyota engineers to get back to them on how to correct the problem. I'm waiting to hear from them... More
