When I stopped at the Atlantic Toyota dealership last week I was confident that I could learn more about a 2022 Corolla Cross LE. I loved the car, but I was also extremely happy with the Salesperson and week I was confident that I could learn more about a 2022 Corolla Cross LE. I loved the car, but I was also extremely happy with the Salesperson and the Sales Manager at the dealership. The salesperson, Darien, was the perfect young man to do business with. He was knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know me, and find out what I needed. The Sales Manager, Rich, also stopped by to say hello, and to offer his help, if I needed anything. The Sales experience was a pleasure, and I felt that both Darien and Rich gave me every ounce of care and concern throughout the purchase. I highly recommend Atlantic Toyota based on my experience! More

This dealer is collecting deposits and fulfilling allocations to the customers who were paying the highest markup. I signed a purchase agreement and left a deposit in Feb 2022 for a Woodland. In A allocations to the customers who were paying the highest markup. I signed a purchase agreement and left a deposit in Feb 2022 for a Woodland. In April 2022, I switched to an XSE as Woodlands were super rare. In August 2022, the sales manager told me to my face and shook hands, that I was officially the NEXT person in line for a Sienna XSE. From September to December 2022, I kept checking their website inventory and there were about 4 Sienna's that came in. They didn't tell me about ANY of them. I emailed and called them on each one, and each one had a "story." "Oh, that's for an employee" "Oh, that's a service loaner". "Oh, that's for the owner of the company's friend" yeah...right. In December 2022, I inquired about an XSE on their website and they told me it would be a $3500 markup over MSRP. That exact configuration was not what I wanted and I told the Sales Manager this. For the next 6 months they didn't offer me any cars at all, even though there were a bunch that came in. So basically waiting almost 18 months total. 12 months of waiting, being told "I'm next in line" When I met with the Sales Manager in person he told me that "they made a bad deal" with me. and "they they are getting 17% over MSRP on Siennas" When I asked about why they weren't honoring the purchase agreement that they signed, they said it's not actually a contract and they can change the price. Funny, it doesn't say that anywhere. Every time I would ask the Sales Manager a direct question, he would blame another manager that wasn't there. He literally blamed 3 other people, each one for something different. It was one of the strangest conversations I've ever had. I don't know how anyone could possibly work there and sleep well at night, knowing that they are being an ethical and honest person. I have never experienced a car dealership that didn't want to sell me a car, but yet they held my deposit until I demanded a refund. More

My experience buying a new Tacoma could not have gone better. Elizabeth Needham went above and beyond in helping me and answering my questions.
