Went in for my 15K service and also was losing air in one of my tires. Tim made sure the tire got looked at and after finding a screw in it, was repaired properly. The reason I drive over an hour to get service is because of one person, Tim Keehner. I live less then 10 minutes from another toyota dealership and within 30 minutes of several others but I take the trip wi of one person, Tim Keehner. Once in his hands I am confident and at ease that my vehicle is with the best. Tim listens, gives advice and makes me and my wife always feel comfortable. Keehner speaks with a therapeutic voice lol and me and the family are always anxiety free when dealing with Tim. Toyota service is elite( At this location) because of Tim Keehner. He can be the template on how to take care of customers. Tim's middle name has to be Service. I keep coming back and will always refer any and everyone to Atlantic toyota. Thanks Toyota. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Anyone who gets their service done here knows it is the longest wait around - several hours. I knew this and I continued to bring my vehicle in because I bought it here. I try with them and I'm always kind and patient. However, two days ago, I came in with my car and had my son with me. Tim Keehner told me in the worst complaining judgmental tone that my son's cries sounded like a girl and asked me why he sounded like a girl. And laughed. I was stunned and apologized to him. I was struggling to avoid exposing my son to the construction site while I was waiting to speak with Ada and she was on the phone for an extended time. When we went to wash his hands in the showroom bathroom, there was no room with two other women in the bathroom and my son slipped and hit the corner of his left eye on the faucet. He's entering his twos and we sometimes have a tough time but he had endured a long wait already. It broke my heart and I was very worried. He's fine of course, things happen to kids, but at least if there had been a changing table it might have helped. There was not one there. Tim over the phone later denied that too and claimed there was one. This is just plain false. We waited 3 long hours before Ada called and asked for $700 of work to be done. Just for an minor engine tune up, wheel alignment and filter changes. I was shocked but exhausted and I begged her to save me some money and I couldnt pay and she talked on and on and saved me a total of $30. She expected a thank you. That girl has never had any idea of what it means to struggle with money. I called the next day to find out who the man was who insulted my son because I didn't know at the time and found out it was Tim. Tim had had my car before and was generally kind and professional. I was shocked and he denied he ever said anything about my son. He said he was speaking about an associate. This is false. He transferred me to his supervisor who he said was Dan Bailey. Dan apologized and promised he would fix things and call back the same day. He did not before 5 pm so I called back and a receptionist told me I was confused and Dan was not a supervisor and the manager was someone named Tim - cannot remember the last name but not Keehner. They preyed on an intentionally exhausted abused (verbally, financially) mother. I can't believe Tim Keehner has a family but if he does I feel terrible for his wife and children. More
Going back at least twenty years Tim Keehner has always been my service rep. I have great confidence in him. His recommendations are appreciated as he has broad technical knowledge for trouble shooting. Al been my service rep. I have great confidence in him. I've never gotten the feeling from Tim, Tasha, Mike or any of the other service staff that anything they suggested was self serving.
