Todd has to be the most patient man on earth. He worked with us for hours trying to register our car with the NYS DMV. The problem was our lack of a NYS drivers license (ours was PA) and associated docume with us for hours trying to register our car with the NYS DMV. Not only was Todd very helpful, he was a truly nice guy you could chat with. He clearly has done this a million times and knows his stuff. There was no pressure ever, even when it came to the aftermarket warranty. I also have to say Auction Direct USA was a pleasure to work with, especially after a lifetime of trying to make deals with sleazy sales people at your typical dealership. Todd was really great with helping my husband and I finding the right car for us yesterday.
