Todd has helped me now with two vehicles and he’s amazing, patient and just a great person to work with. He cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and is not pushy at all, he’s not t amazing, patient and just a great person to work with. I purchased a vehicle from Auction Direct USA and picked it up on Sept 28th. From that date forward, it was doing fairly well. The 2016 Chevy I picked up then began having rev limiting issues due to the cr it up on Sept 28th. From that date forward, it was doing fairly well. The 2016 Chevy I picked up then began having rev limiting issues due to the crank/camshaft issues. With the above symptoms, the vehicle also shut off mid driving and needed to be jump started three times. These symptoms began two days after their "one week warranty" had surpassed. I was able to bring it back to the dealer on the 10th date in which they diagnosed the issue being a cam/crank shaft sensor that they replaced and said the vehicle was fine. This was after the dealer rep drove the vehicle and he himself noticed that there was an issue with it. The day at the dealer, they agreed to take the vehicle in for a full return if it remained under 1,000 miles (it did). I went to take the vehicle back today and they refused to let me return it and then made me pay an additional $1,000 for fees as they said that I had to trade the vehicle back in to them and on top of that when returning the vehicle for "full price", they failed to refund me my down payment. Would advise to never use their services again. They sell lemon vehicles and do not fix them. More

Todd was really great. The original vechile we wanted was not for sale bit Todd tried his hardest to get us in a vechile we liked. We found 1 we really liked when to talk with Ryan in finances who unfortunat not for sale bit Todd tried his hardest to get us in a vechile we liked. We found 1 we really liked when to talk with Ryan in finances who unfortunately couldn't get us approved for the car that Todd showed us that we like but than Ryan informed us that the car we originally came for was just put back up for sale and so that's the one we got. There was a couple little small issues that they fixed in a day. Overall very very pleased with Todd and Ryan. More
